The general and the scientific program, as well as the social events program of the Congress are now finalised, including minor modifications (12/4/2011).
General Program
Please follow the link "Program" (at the right part of the site) to get an overview of the Congress activities. You may print or download this program and use it as reference guide during your stay in Thessaloniki. A detailed list of where each event is hosted is contained in the end of the final program.
Detailed Scientific Program
Please follow the link "Detailed scientific program" (at the right part of the site). A comprehensive program of the oral and poster contributions is contained. Make sure you check when your contribution (either oral or poster) is scheduled for, and program in advance the sessions and contributions of fellow scientists that you are interested in attending. A detailed list of where each event is hosted is contained at the end of the detailed scientific program.
Instructions to authors
Follow this link (at the right part of the site) to get all the instructions you need for preparing your oral or poster presentation. Please make sure you adhere with the provided instructions to assist a smooth operation of the Congress. You are welcome to contact the Organizing Committee should you require any assistance or clarifications.
Social events
Please follow the link "social events" (at the right part of the site) and get all the details you require.
Social events are also finalised and are envisaged to offer all participants a memorable stay in Thessaloniki. You may study the organised events and select the ones (if not all) that best suit you. All registered participants should receive the social program and a pre-registration form in their designated e-mail address. In the unlikely event you have not received this form, you may download it from within the link "social events". As limited spacing is available for each event, we kindly ask you to fill-in and return the pre-registration form in order to book the number of seats you want for each proposed event as soon as possible and not later than April 30th.
