IMPORTANT: Permanent residents of Greece are requested to print on the bank slip the VAT number at which the Congress fees will be charged, also stating the name/title of the VAT holder.

We regret that bank transfer expenses will have to be covered individually on top of the registration fees. You are advised to note your name on the transaction. Once you deposit the fees please upload a copy of the bank transfer document through the Bank Slip Upload form, available at the members menu (jpg, or pdf format, or embedded image on a WORD document, making sure the scanned file size is not more than 1Mb). Should you encounter any problem with this facility you can use one of the two alternative methods. In any case you will receive an acknowledgement by the organising committee upon receipt.

C) Cancelation Policy

A 50% of deposited fees will be refunded before 31 December 2010. We regret that no refunds will be made following that date.
