It was established from people with extremely great commercial experience (most of them have over 20 years of successful activity) at the field of high technology and its applications, at the fields of environmental research equipment, industrial applications and laboratory equipment.

The company was established, with main object the formation of a dynamic and quickly progressive organism. In order to achieve this object, from the first day we set the main axes of activity and which briefly were and still are the following :

Collaboration with internationally recognized manufacturers and providers. – Particular emphasis at the quality of the final product. – High quality after – sales support. – Constant communication and support of our customers. – High standards at the selection of the executives and the collaborators of our company. – Constant training of our collaborators with final objects the complete and proper support of our customers. – Put in practice every modern way of communication, with final object the quick and direct communication with the users of our products.

Very soon our selections were rewarded. From the first year of our operation, ScientAct presented constant rising course, at the economical results but mainly at the acceptance in the difficult field of high technology.

Today our company possesses one of the highest places in the market, winning the recognition and the trust of its customers.

Parallel to this, new co-operations with internationally recognized manufacturers and providers strengthened the dynamic of our company, giving us the capability of higher targets and the means for constant investments, expansion of the activity fields and also expansion of the company itself.

The group of Producers Nileas was created in the beginnings 2002 from 55 olive producers founding members. The producers that participated were from the wider region of Western Messinia and their initial objective were they apply in the parcels their system of Integrated/Environmental Management of Production. The legal person of representation that was selected initially was the Urban not Speculative Company.
Station in the course of OP Nileas was the conformity of system of environmental management the summertime 2003 with International   standard ISO 14001 and the certification of this. It was in deed the first certification of environmental management that was given in European olive grove.

Next station was the evolution of Urban Not Speculative Company in Rural Cooperative with decision of members in 2004 and the opening in the wider local society for entry of new members.
From 2005 the OP Nileas began the marketing of olive oil that is produced by her members as special product of high qualitative specifications with not traceable remains of pesticides and with excellently integrator characteristically.
In 2008 the members of the group decided to make the environmental performance of NILEAS public, using the option of Regulation 761/2001 for the voluntary participation in the EU Eco Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS). Their vision is twofold: Improvement of farmer’s income from olive trees, combined with the utmost care for the environment”. The olive crop’s economic viability is an indispensable prerequisite for the preservation of the beneficiary effect of olive groves on the environment, as well as for the protection from abandonment which leads to land desertification.

Today the OP Nileas touches 81 members and the system of Integrated/Environmental Management is applied in 3528 acres of producing olive, variety KORONAIKIS in her majority.
The checked production that is achieved via the system that is applied is 300 tons of exceptional virgin olive oil, on average. In the group of producers are occupied a agronomist a technological education.
The policy of OP Nileas is summarising in the diptych "improvement of economic result for the producer from the cultivation of olive trees at the same time with the biggest possible concern for the environment"
It is remarkable that in the cultivation of olive oil trees in Greece, the maximisation of economic profit is not related in any case with the intensifying of use of surges, but with the improvement of information of producers for the profits by the right lopping and by the equitable management of soil and water, where this is available.

Objective of therefore NILEAS   is the guarantee of sufficient services for the examination of needs of culture with the specialisation in each parcel and the adaptation of farming conditions from the producers, so that is achieved the better possible result, via mainly the lopping and the management of soil, and where he is available and water. With this approach are achieved most excellent quality and quantity of olive oil per acre.
In the frames of policy for continuous improvement of environment becomes progressive integration of parcels in the organic agriculture, thus from the 3528 acres in the 700 is applied organic culture. At the same time with the environmental management OP NILEAS has installed and evolved system of guarantee of quality watching the farming interventions in each parcel, his course of olive-crop in all the stages of transformation and continuity of olive oil as his final packing.
This period OP NILEAS is found in stage of treatment of investment drawing for acquisition of stylization's unit.

The drawing is forecasted it materialises two years 2010-2011.
At the duration of completion of investment is examined the possibility of checked production - via conventions with producers - and marketing of all range of olive-growing products high qualitative specifications.
